1. Who can use FinderrLink
FinderrLink is built for professional users and organizations.
You can use the Platform if you're legally able to enter into a binding agreement where you live.
By creating an account, you confirm that:
- Your information is accurate and up to date
- You have the authority to create and use the account
- You'll use FinderrLink for legitimate professional purposes
- You'll follow applicable laws and regulations
- You won't use someone else's identity or account without permission
If you're creating an account on behalf of a company, agency, or organization, you confirm you have the authority to represent them.
2. What FinderrLink does
FinderrLink provides the technology that helps professionals and organizations find and connect with each other — including freelancer and mission discovery, talent matching, applications, candidate review, messaging, interview scheduling, agency management, AI-assisted workflows, and professional profiles.
FinderrLink isn't automatically part of the agreements you make with other users.
Unless we say otherwise, we don't employ freelancers, guarantee employment or contracts, or act as your employer, client, agency, or recruiter. Any professional relationship formed through FinderrLink is between the users involved, not with us.
3. Your account
Some features require an account. You're responsible for:
- Giving us accurate information and keeping it current
- Protecting your password and login credentials
- Keeping your account secure
- Everything that happens through your account
If you think someone accessed your account without permission, tell us right away.
We may suspend or restrict an account when it's necessary to protect the Platform, our users, or the integrity of our service.
4. Your professional profile
You can create a profile with your name, skills, experience, portfolio, certifications, availability, location, preferences, and other professional details.
You're responsible for making sure your profile is accurate and not misleading. Don't claim qualifications, experience, certifications, positions, clients, or achievements you don't actually have.
5. If you're a freelancer
You can use FinderrLink to discover missions, showcase your expertise, apply to opportunities, connect with clients and agencies, and build professional relationships. You can also connect with consultants and other professionals to explore collaborations and grow your network.
Keep your information accurate
You're responsible for making sure your profile, portfolio, applications, and communications are accurate and not misleading — only claim qualifications and experience you can actually support.
Creating a profile or applying to a mission doesn't guarantee you'll be contacted, selected, hired, or paid.
Evaluate every opportunity yourself
Before accepting work, verify the other party's identity and legitimacy, and confirm the scope, deadlines, compensation, payment terms, IP arrangements, and confidentiality obligations. Any resulting agreement is between you and the client or agency — not with FinderrLink. You're responsible for making sure it reflects the work you'll do and for meeting any applicable laws, taxes, and professional obligations.
Where FinderrLink fits in
Using FinderrLink doesn't make us your employer, client, agent, or representative. Unless explicitly agreed otherwise, you remain an independent professional, responsible for your own work and decisions — including using good judgment before committing to any opportunity.
6. If you're an enterprise
You can use FinderrLink to discover skilled freelancers, consultants, and agencies, create opportunities, and find professionals who match your business needs, including publishing missions, reviewing applications, messaging candidates, scheduling interviews, and managing hiring.
Keep your information accurate
You're responsible for providing accurate information about your company, missions, requirements, and expectations.
Posting a mission or contacting a professional doesn't guarantee you'll find, hire, or work with a suitable candidate.
Evaluate every professional yourself
Before starting any engagement, you're responsible for evaluating the professional and agreeing on the scope of work, fees, deadlines, deliverables, and other relevant terms. FinderrLink doesn't guarantee the quality, availability, or performance of any freelancer, consultant, or agency you connect with through the Platform.
7. If you're an agency
You can use FinderrLink to manage talent, find opportunities for your consultants, publish missions, discover additional talent, and manage client relationships.
Representing a freelancer
Before you represent a freelancer, submit their profile, or apply on their behalf, you must have their clear authorization to do so. This includes authorization to:
- Represent them for a specific mission or client
- Submit or share their profile, portfolio, or application
- Disclose their professional information to a potential client
You're responsible for that authorization, for making sure you have it, that it covers what you're actually doing on the freelancer's behalf, and that you can demonstrate it if asked.
Where FinderrLink fits in
FinderrLink only provides the platform that lets you connect, communicate, and manage these relationships. We are not a party to:
- The representation agreement between you and the freelancer
- The contractual relationship between you and your client
Those agreements are between you and the other parties involved, not with FinderrLink. You remain fully responsible for your own contractual and legal obligations toward the freelancers you represent and the clients you work with.
Beyond that, as an agency you must not misrepresent your relationship with a freelancer, consultant, enterprise, or client.
8. Missions and opportunities
You can publish missions with details like job description, required skills, experience, location, availability, budget, and application requirements.
Whoever publishes a mission is responsible for making sure it's accurate and legal.
We don't guarantee that a mission is suitable for every applicant or that the details a mission creator provides are accurate.
9. Applications and hiring
You can apply to missions, and enterprises or agencies can review applications.
Hiring decisions are yours to make, we don't guarantee that:
- Your application will be viewed
- You'll be selected
- A candidate's information is accurate
- A mission will be completed
- A professional relationship will succeed
Before entering a professional agreement, verify the other party's information independently.
10. Communication
You can message other users, schedule interviews, and receive notifications through FinderrLink. These tools are for legitimate professional communication only.
Don't use them to:
- Spam or harass other users
- Send fraudulent communications
- Distribute malicious content
- Collect personal information without permission
- Promote unlawful activity
- Bypass our security or functionality
We may take action against accounts that misuse these features.
11. AI features
FinderrLink may offer AI tools for mission and talent recommendations, mission creation, profile assistance, and other workflows.
AI recommendations are here to help, not to guarantee an outcome. They can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or simply not right for you. Review AI-generated content yourself and make your own decisions. We don't guarantee an AI recommendation will lead to a successful hire, application, or professional relationship.
12. Ranking, matching & visibility
FinderrLink uses matching and ranking mechanisms to help surface relevant profiles, missions, and recommendations, for example, in search results, mission suggestions, or candidate lists.
We don't publish the exact algorithm we use, but here's what generally influences ranking, matching, and visibility:
- The completeness and quality of your profile
- Your skills, expertise, and experience
- How closely a mission's requirements match a profile (relevance)
- Location and availability
- A Match Score or similar relevance indicator, where applicable
- Activity and engagement on the Platform
- Other factors relevant to connecting the right people with the right opportunities
These factors can change over time as we improve the Platform. Ranking and matching are meant to help you find relevant opportunities and talent faster, they don't guarantee a particular placement, visibility level, match, or professional outcome.
13. Your content
You can submit profiles, portfolios, images, documents, mission descriptions, applications, messages, and other content ("User Content") to FinderrLink.
You keep ownership of your content. By submitting it, you give FinderrLink a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, display, reproduce, and technically modify it, only as needed to run the Platform (profiles, applications, matching, messaging, search, notifications, and similar features).
You're still responsible for what you submit.
14. What you can't do
Don't use FinderrLink to:
- Create fake or misleading accounts
- Impersonate another person or organization
- Provide false professional information
- Misrepresent your qualifications or experience
- Commit or facilitate fraud
- Harass, threaten, or discriminate against users
- Upload malicious software
- Access another user's account without permission
- Bypass security measures
- Scrape or collect Platform data without authorization
- Reverse engineer the Platform
- Interfere with how the Platform operates
- Send spam or unauthorized advertising
- Infringe on intellectual-property or privacy rights
- Use FinderrLink for unlawful activity
- Manipulate matching, applications, reviews, or other systems
15. Intellectual property
FinderrLink owns or licenses the Platform, software, branding, logos, visual identity, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, and underlying technology, and it's protected by intellectual-property law.
These Terms don't give you ownership of any of it. Don't copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, sell, publicly display, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from our IP without written permission.
16. Third-party services
We may use third-party services, hosting, analytics, authentication, AI, communication tools, and more. These services have their own terms and privacy policies, and we're not responsible for third parties outside our reasonable control.
17. Keeping the Platform running
We work hard to keep FinderrLink reliable, but we can't guarantee it will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or compatible with every device.
We may temporarily modify, suspend, or restrict features for maintenance, security, updates, or other legitimate reasons.
18. Suspending or ending your account
We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your account if we reasonably believe:
- You've violated these Terms
- Your account has false or misleading information
- The Platform is being misused
- Fraud is suspected
- User safety or security is at risk
- The law requires it
How this works, step by step
Except in the urgent cases described below, we aim to follow a clear process:
- Notice — We'll let you know we're taking action on your account.
- Reason — We'll explain why, in reasonably clear terms.
- Appeal or review — If you believe we made a mistake, you can contact us to request a review, and explain your side.
- Final decision — We'll review the situation and let you know the outcome.
When we may act immediately, without following the steps above: in cases involving fraud, security threats, illegal activity, serious abuse, or where the law requires us to act right away. In those cases, we may still explain our reasoning and offer a review afterward where appropriate, but we won't delay action that's needed to protect the Platform or its users.
You can stop using FinderrLink anytime, and you can request account deletion following our deletion process and Privacy Policy.
19. No guaranteed results
FinderrLink gives you tools to improve professional discovery and collaboration, but we can't guarantee you'll find a mission, find a freelancer, get hired, hire someone, complete a project, or earn a particular income. Professional outcomes depend on many factors outside our control.
20. Relationships between users
FinderrLink connects users but doesn't control what happens between them. You're responsible for agreeing on:
- Scope of work and deliverables
- Deadlines and compensation
- Payment arrangements
- Intellectual property and confidentiality
- Taxes and employment status
- Termination conditions
- Any other contractual terms
We recommend using a written agreement where it matters, this is especially important for agencies representing freelancers (see Section 7).
21. Payments and fees
If we introduce paid services, subscriptions, transaction fees, or premium features, we'll show you the price and terms before you pay.
Third-party payment providers process payments under their own terms. You're responsible for any taxes tied to your professional activity.
22. Privacy
Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, protect, retain, and delete your personal information. It's separate from these Terms, but read them together.
23. Data and security
We take reasonable steps to protect your information and secure the Platform, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. Information sent over the internet carries some risk beyond our control, and you're responsible for keeping your own credentials and devices secure.
24. Disclaimer
FinderrLink is provided "as available" and "as is," to the extent the law allows.
We don't guarantee that:
- User-provided information is accurate
- Profiles accurately represent someone's abilities
- Missions are legitimate or suitable
- AI recommendations or ranking/matching results are accurate or complete
- Users will behave professionally
- The Platform will run without interruption or meet every expectation
You're responsible for evaluating information yourself before entering a professional relationship.
25. Limits on our liability
To the extent the law allows, FinderrLink's liability is limited as follows.
We are not responsible for:
- Disputes between users, including between freelancers, agencies, and enterprises
- Losses arising from failed collaborations or professional relationships
- Payment issues between users
- Incorrect, incomplete, or misleading information provided by users
- Decisions users make about hiring, applying, representing, or working with each other
We're also not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Platform, including losses tied to opportunities, agreements, User Content, communications, AI recommendations, ranking or matching results, third-party services, or Platform interruptions.
Where the law allows it, this limitation applies to direct damages as well, within what's reasonable and proportionate to the free or paid nature of the service you're using.
A note on liability caps: we're not setting a specific maximum liability amount at this stage. This wording will be reviewed and finalized once FinderrLink's legal structure and commercial conditions are confirmed, in consultation with legal counsel.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, for example, liability for fraud or for damages that the applicable law does not permit us to limit.
26. Indemnification
To the extent the law allows, you agree to cover FinderrLink (and our owners, employees, contractors, and representatives) for claims, damages, or costs arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms or applicable law
- Your unlawful use of the Platform
- Your User Content
- Your relationship with another user
- Your violation of someone else's rights

We'll give reasonable notice for significant changes. Using FinderrLink after updated Terms take effect means you accept them.
