This policy applies to anyone using FinderrLink, through our website, app, or other services. That includes:

• Freelancers creating profiles and applying to missions
• Enterprises posting missions and searching for talent
• Agencies managing consultants, clients, and missions
• Visitors browsing our website or contacting us

What we collect depends on how you use FinderrLink.

Account information

Your name, email, password, professional role, account type, and company or agency details.

Professional information

If you're a freelancer, this might include your title, skills, work history, education, certifications, languages, portfolio, availability, location, and rates. If you're an enterprise or agency, we collect details about your organization, hiring needs, and requirements.

Mission and application information

Mission descriptions, required skills, budgets, location or remote-work needs, applications, proposals, interview details, and hiring outcomes.

Communications

Messages, mission-related conversations, interview communications, notifications, and support requests. We use this to keep messaging working smoothly and securely.

Technical information

Your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, login activity, and how you use the platform. This helps us keep FinderrLink secure and running well.

We use your information to run, improve, and protect FinderrLink:

• Run the platform: create and manage your account, profiles, missions, applications, and conversations
• Connect you to opportunities: match your skills and preferences to relevant missions
• Help businesses find talent: surface professionals based on what they've shared in their profiles
• Improve your experience: understand how people use FinderrLink so we can make it better
• Power AI features: help you discover missions, write better mission descriptions, and organize your profile

• Follow the law: meet our legal and regulatory obligations

FinderrLink uses AI and matching technology to make finding missions and talent faster and more relevant.

What data it looks at

To generate recommendations and a Match Score, our AI/matching system may analyze professional information such as your skills, experience, expertise, preferences, availability, location, and mission requirements.

What it's for and what it's not

The Match Score and recommendations are designed to help you discover relevant opportunities and talent, they're a decision-support tool, not the decision itself. They don't make the final call on hiring, selection, or who gets contacted.

How it can affect what you see

AI recommendations may influence which missions or profiles are suggested or displayed to you. You're always the one responsible for your own professional and hiring decisions, the AI is there to help you decide, not to decide for you.

A few more things worth knowing

We won't use sensitive personal information to generate recommendations unless we have a clear, lawful reason to do so. And if data-protection law gives you rights over automated decisions, those rights apply here too.

We never sell your personal information.

Here's when we do share it:

• With other FinderrLink users Whatever you add to your professional profile may be visible to relevant enterprises, agencies, or freelancers. For example, an enterprise searching for expertise might see a freelancer's public profile.
• With service providers We work with trusted partners for hosting, authentication, analytics, communication, security, AI, and support. They can only use your information to provide their service to us, and only under strict contracts and safeguards.
• For legal or safety reasons We may share information to comply with the law, respond to legal requests, protect FinderrLink and our users, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.

FinderrLink is built for professional discovery, so what you publish on your profile can be seen by other users.

Before you publish something, ask yourself: Would I be comfortable with a potential client, employer, or professional contact seeing this?

You're in control of what goes on your profile, and you're responsible for what you choose to share.

We keep your information only as long as we need it. How long that is depends on:

• What the information is and how we use it
• Whether your account is still active
• Legal or contractual requirements
• Security, fraud-prevention, or dispute needs

Once we no longer need it, we delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

We use access controls, authentication, encryption, and monitoring to guard your information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or disclosure.

No platform can guarantee perfect security, so please do your part too: use a strong, unique password and keep your devices secure.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access your personal information
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your information
• Restrict how we process it
• Object to certain processing
• Export your information (data portability)
• Withdraw consent, where processing relies on it
• File a complaint with a data-protection authority

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. We may ask you to verify your identity first.

We use cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, understand how FinderrLink is used, improve performance, and prevent fraud.

Where the law requires it, we'll ask for your consent before using non-essential cookies. You can manage cookie preferences through your browser or our cookie tools, where available.

Before sharing personal information with a third-party site, check their privacy policy first.

Some of our service providers or infrastructure may process your data outside your home country or the European Economic Area.

When we transfer data internationally, we use safeguards required by law — like standard contractual clauses or other approved transfer mechanisms.
